As both a licensed mental health counselor and board-certified music therapist, I offer a creative, integrative approach to healing that honors the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. My work blends traditional psychotherapy with music therapy, sound healing, and somatic practices to support clients in exploring their stories in deep, meaningful ways.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, spiritual processing, gender and sexual identity, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in person-centered, somatic, and gestalt therapy, with mindfulness and music woven throughout. I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy and support for those exploring healing through psychedelic medicine.
Before becoming an APC, I spent over five years supporting children and families in pediatric healthcare through music therapy. As a lifelong musician, I continue to cultivate spaces for healing through sound—both inside and outside of the therapy room.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and creative. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to find what resonates and supports your growth. Whether through one-on-one therapy, music therapy groups, or community sound baths, I welcome connection in whatever form feels right for you.
If you’re curious about working together—or just beginning to explore what you need—I’m here to help you find the next step, even if that’s not with me.
