(she/her)
My main goal as a therapist is to help you gently peel back the layers of trauma, dissociation, and masking to reveal your full, vibrant self. I believe his emerging-into-self can only occur within a safe, trusting relationship, and I understand how scary it can be to risk being seen. I was born into a family that held the terrors of surviving the holocaust alongside the lasting impact of untreated WWII PTSD, so I am familiar with both the resilience and deep wounding that results from intergenerational trauma. Together, I hope we can laugh, cry, and learn what it is to be human.

You are not just a cluster of symptoms or a diagnosis- you are a full person with all of the complexities that entails. In light of this, I integrate somatic, psychoanalytic, and relational methods to ensure a holistic approach. I will help you attune to your sensations, feelings, and urges, using these as pathways to a deeper relationship with self, other, and the world  around you. Our body holds key information about our needs, and through somatic work, metaphors, symbols, and dreams, we will discover your inner wisdom that already knows how to heal.

I am so grateful to be considered to help facilitate your healing. Whether you continue your search for a therapist or my profile is your final stop, I invite you to pause. Take a deep breath.

You will get through this, and if my approach sounds like a good fit for you, it would be my honor to both guide and witness your  transformation.
